    Conduct WHS (OHS) Site Assessment

    Our Consultant shall conduct the WHS (OHS) Site Assessment which is focused on identifying and evaluating any Work Health and Safety hazards at the workplace, reporting on the findings and any areas recommended for continual improvement.

    The methodology used to undertake the inspection consisted of a visual inspection of the premises and plant against a pre-determined checklist for each of the areas identified in the Scope of Works which included:

    • General site
    • Racking
    • Forklifts
    • Traffic management
    • Manual Handling
    • Hazardous Substances and Dangerous Goods.

    WHS Site Assessment Report

    The information gained through each of the activities is provided in this written report which includes:

    • Acknowledgement and Report Authorisation
    • Confirmation of the Scope of Work for this project.
    • An executive summary contains a summary of the results of the methodology, evaluation, including highlights, notable observations, and pertinent recommendations.
    • The Findings and Recommendations for each of the elements which include:
      • General site
      • Racking
      • Forklifts
      • Traffic management
      • Manual Handling
      • Hazardous Substances and Dangerous Goods, Fire Safety
    • Relevant photographs taken during the inspection which are referenced throughout the report.
    • Action Plan for the actions which have been derived for the recommendations contained under each of the elements assessed.
    • Completed Checklists.
