Benchmark OHS Consulting is committed to providing confidentiality to and protecting the privacy of its participants.
Benchmark OHS Consulting is committed to maintaining our adherence to the Australian Privacy Principles Act 2014 as governed by the Australian Commonwealth and State Governments.
Benchmark OHS Consulting will not provide participant personal or training information to unauthorised third parties unless prior written permission has been received from the individual.
Through the processes of providing training services, Benchmark OHS Consulting may be requested to provide details to governing authorities of the training programs. These authorities include the Department of Education and Communities, Australian Apprenticeship Centres and the Australian Skills Quality Authority.
Benchmark OHS Consulting may also provide information to the training participant’s employer, where applicable.
We guarantee that we will not sell personal information to any third party.
You have the right to access your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided for in the Privacy Act. If you require access to your personal information, please contact the Director or Administration/Accounts Manager. For security reasons, you may be required to put your request in writing and will be required to provide proof of your identity. An Access to Records Form is available for this purpose.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be approved if we receive adequate notice (5 working days) of cancellation of a training program.
Benchmark OHS Consulting Pty Ltd may impose a 20% cancellation fee if the course is cancelled less than 5 working days’ prior to the commencement of the training program.
Short Course fees are non-refundable if you fail to attend or cancel within 24hrs of the course booked.
Special circumstance refunds may be approved by the Director dependent on the situation.
Refunds will generally be paid in the same manner as the fees were paid, either EFT or by credit card where appropriate.
CANCELATIONS:
In the event, Benchmark OHS Consulting reserves the right to cancel a service as agreed if there are insufficient registrations the day before the expected course date.
TRANSFERS:
Transfers are available to students one day prior to the commencement of the course.
